The Plant-Based Program trains students in the science, flavor, nutrition, and technique behind plant-forward cooking — from vegetables and legumes to grains, tofu, tempeh, nuts, seeds, and dairy-free sauces. This is one of the most mission-aligned programs in your Academy. It develops confident plant-based cooks who understand flavor building, nutrition, global techniques, and batch cooking — empowering them to create vibrant, nourishing meals for home, professional kitchens, and Soup Angels outreach.
