Culinary Math & Kitchen Management: Master Edition

Culinary Math is the language of the kitchen. This program trains students to scale recipes, calculate yields, convert units, cost dishes, manage inventory, and plan production using real‑world examples from Soup Angels. It equips volunteers and future chefs with the mathematical and organizational skills required to run an efficient, cost-effective, and consistent kitchen. Participants will learn how to handle batch cooking for community outreach, ensuring both quality and waste reduction through precise calculations.
