Every week, Chef Gary W. Irvin II prepares thousands of nourishing, chef‑crafted meals for families, seniors, and our unhoused neighbors across Dallas. These meals travel through our 60‑neighborhood Soup Angels Distribution Route, ensuring every community is reached with dignity, compassion, and consistency. Most neighborhoods receive outreach at least once a month, and when resources allow, we visit areas with larger encampments more frequently.
