The Global Cuisines Program trains students in the flavors, techniques, ingredients, and cultural foundations of major world cuisines—from Asia and Africa to Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. This program develops cooks who understand global flavor profiles, cultural context, and traditional techniques, empowering them to create vibrant, inclusive meals for home use, professional kitchens, and community outreach. This is one of the most exciting, diverse, and mission‑aligned programs offered in the Academy.
